Let me ask you a question. How many times have you tried to quit smoking in the past? My guess would be that you have tried at least a dozen times. I know that before I was finally successful in quitting smoking, I tried many dozens of times. Sometimes I would quit smoking for several hours and other times I would quit smoking for several days but I would eventually always come back to the habit. Then one day I finally put down a pack of cigarettes and walked away for good. How was I able to accomplish this? By a lot of hard work, and the assistance of hypnosis cassettes to quit smoking.
